I was recommended to seek therapy here by a friend. I’m still on my journey to recovery, but so far I’ve had only positive experiences with this clinic. Unfortunately, I’ve suffered from lower back pain for many years, which I had been neglecting. The therapists were honest and informed me that I might have a stable old spondylolysis, a condition I had not been aware of before. No other physical therapist has ever identified or addressed this issue or made such significant progress in my treatment. Given that I’ve neglected this problem for many years, I expect my recovery will be a lengthy process. Additionally, I live in Illinois, which makes it challenging to visit as frequently as recommended. Despite the distance, I’m willing to make the drive because they are highly skilled at what they do, and I am determined to avoid surgery at all costs. I highly recommend Inside Track!

Janna was amazing! I’m still on the road to recovery but my ankle feels so much better . The communication has been so clear and she has worked with getting be back to walking and off the crutches. I am almost back to playing upper league volleyball!! Thank you Janna for all your help and I would defiantly recommend them !!

Dr. Jana Yoder has been terrific to work with. I was having shoulder pain and mobility issues; she helped me understand what I had going on and developed a plan to help me correct the issues. If you put in the work they prescribe you will see the results. I am pleased with Inside Track and have been recommending them to everyone that will listen.

Dr. Jana (and everyone else I’ve worked with here) has been nothing short of supportive and an absolute pleasure to work with! I had honestly given up hope on ever being physically active without facing some level of pain or discomfort, but between the scraping, dry needling, exercise and stretching plans, and Jana’s expert advice, I can finally see that light at the end of the tunnel. Even if you’ve been to physical therapy elsewhere before, you simply have to try Inside Track before you consider throwing in the towel.

Our daughter had been told by a doctor to rest her leg for several months. Then when the pain came back we didn't know what to do. We were worried it would continue to return. At Inside Track, Dr. Hailey was patient and extensive. After a variety therapies and teaching strength training techniques, our daughter is back to playing soccer and dance without pain! We are thrilled with the service and attention to detail that we received. Worth every penny!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Jaime Applegate! She is highly professional and truly stands out from typical physical therapists. Her approach is thoughtful, personalized, and vastly different from what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Dr. Applegate has an incredible depth of knowledge and takes the time to tailor each session specifically to my trouble areas and to meet our goals. My Orthopedic Doctor referred me to Inside Track for my PT. Haley has helped me with the continuous hip and lower back pain that has been on going for years. With the stretches and the resources she gave me I have been pain free and finally feel good again. Thank you

Super helpful staff! Fantastic physical therapists the guide you through healing. I had a pinched nerve from thinning discs in my neck that persist for 17 months. And now I'm finally getting relief can sleep better and don't have that daily persistent pain. Can't wait to get back to fishing and playing golf!

I have been thrilled with my care at Inside Tract. Dr Brown has been fantastic. Her diagnosis has been spot on. Her treatment plan has me moving to where I was and better than I was before my accident. My left arm flexibility was awful before I came and I continue to improve with the exercises she has given me. What I really appreciate is that she changes those exercises as I improve. I would recommend them with no reservations.
